Went to Ikea on Sat. It has been our favourite place ever since we got together? We finally had dinner at Ikea even though we have been there for quite a few times. Super a lot of food for the two of us We also managed to narrow down some stuff that we want for our house when it's ready :D This afternoon, we finally sat down and talked about emil. Our lunch was peppered with happy talks till the topic came up, and he could tell that I didn't really want to talk about it. (or think about it even) After my afternoon nap, we chatted again and he brought up the same topic. I agree that I am very bias against her, but I really can't stand the thought of PL being bullied by emil even though he thinks that she is not. After much discussion, I agree to try to be more gracious to her. (I am only trying hor.) Double date :D We went back to 11@Century Hotel which was ultra near KSL, and much much cheaper than KSL resorts itself. And the facilities were so much better too! Things were not so good at first. I quarreled with PL just the night before the trip. We had agreed that he would stay over since Friday is a PH, (so he would be washing clothes on Thur night after we went to his mum's birthday dinner.) But, the MIL interfered and told him that he has to wash another pile of clothes the next day too. Trust me, I was so fucking pissed off that I smashed my fists on the wall when I heard that news. And I whatsapped a lot of evil and mean stuff that I shall not repeat here. Mainly about him letting me go if he values his mum that much and stuff. (Btw I am still very pissed off. Every single time I think of his mum, my blood will boil. Don't expect me to cool down so soon. Okay, maybe forever.) He came early the next morning, but I was still super unhappy. I found this minsu in Miaoli and it looks damn cute! http://fong-chou.emiaoli.tw/ So I went to book it online. Very sadly, everything is in Chinese and the owners don't really know English. This minsu is actually also a place for wedding photoshoots so there are many different shooting locations all over the place! However, this place is not accessible by public transport at all. Do remember to book a cab or rent a car/scooter for the whole duration in Miaoli as their public transport are not reliable. PL and I quarreled a lot because of this transportation issue. The car/scooter rental place do not accept Singapore driving license so do remember to get your International driving license before heading to Taiwan. At first, we were supposed to take the ego bus to Cing Jing Farm from Tai Chung, but as they did not reply to our email until much later, we searched for alternatives and saw this package from Nantou bus services. So, we can actually take the Nantou bus from either Taichung HSR station or Taichung train station, all for the price of 600TWD (inclusive of return trip and the entrance fee to the Cing Jing Farm) There is a discount coupon for you to stay at one of the hotels too! The bus can be quite packed so I do recommend that you go earlier. They will give you a number when you buy the tickets and you will go up the bus according to the number. And, pls visit the washroom before heading up the bus! The ride is around 2 hours, and they don't stop for a toilet break! Those prone to motion sickness should take the motion sickness pill or they will be like PL, who turned white on the way back from Cing Jing Farm as he tried to test out not eating the pill. >.< *There are
