It was an awesome experience, especially when I get to interact with all the different YM staff and YEC members. We all come from different backgrounds, and have different ways of managing the YECs, but ultimately, I think we all did have fun. The facilitators were really good in helping us think and make full use of all the techniques in the workshop, and I see most of the same faces coming back for the workshop again after so many months. Hopefully we will all get to come back to take the advanced course once the YM side send us the invitation.
